高血压患者脑出血的发病与遵医行为的关系分析

The pathogenesis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients with according to the investigation and analysis of the medical behavior

目的:了解高血压患者脑出血发病与遵医行为的关系。方法:采用自制高血压病患者遵医行为调查问卷表,对161例高血压(其中包括61例脑出血)的患者遵医行为及其相关因素情况进行调查。结果:表明文化程度、家庭经济水平和病程长短等遵医行为相关因素是影响脑出血疾病发生的重要因素。结论:为护理人员如何帮助高血压患者提高遵医率,减少脑出血的发病率提供依据。
