少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经53例

Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on Primary Painful Menstruation Treatment:53 cases belong to syndrome of congealirs Cold with blood stasis

目的:观察少腹逐瘀汤对寒凝血瘀型痛经的疗效并探讨其机理。方法:采用少腹逐瘀汤(小茴香、川芎、灵脂、蒲黄、赤芍、醋元胡、肉桂、干姜、制没药、当归)煎汁口服治疗病53例。结果:治愈38例,好转10例,总有效率90.6%。结论:少腹逐瘀汤是治疗寒凝血瘀痛经的有效方。

Objective:To observe the effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on the Blood-Hanning dysmenorrhea and to explore its mechanism.Methods:Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction(cumin,Chuanxiong,Faeces Pollen,Paeonia,Hu Yuan vinegar,cinnamon,Ginger,the system runs out of medication,Angelica)Jianzhi oral treatment of 53 cases of the disease.Results:38 cases cured,10 cases improved,with a total effective rate was 90.6%.Conclusion:Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction is has effect on the treatment of blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea.
