调经汤加味治疗月经后期32例临床观察

Modified Tiaojing Decoction in Menstruation Delay Treatment:32 cases of clinical observation

目的:根据子宫内膜变化,辨证治疗月经后期临床疗效的观察。方法:根据32例月经后期患者的B超结果,以子宫内膜变化情况分为4型,运用中药调经汤加行减周期性治疗。结果:32例月经后期患者服药3～5个月经周期,治疗总有效率为90.63%。结论:子宫内膜的变化与治疗月经后期密切相关,可将子宫内膜的不同变化这一客观指标纳入月经后期的中医辨证治疗之中,如此临床治疗效果将有较大的提高。

Objective:According to the differencises of the endometrial thickness of menstruation delay, we can observe the clinical treatment.Methods:According to the endometrial thickness of the 32 patients collected, we divide the disease into 4 kinds and give the paients different treatments,then make a clinical observation.
