中药在我国具有悠久的临床使用历史和广泛的民间基础,医生和患者越来越多的求助于安全,作用缓和,具有适应多样性疾病的中药,为中药的发展带来了机遇。但是,近年来中药产生的不良反应文献报道逐年增多,且成为当前国际范围内日益关注的问题。从中药不良反应的发生、原因及对策等方面阐述中药不良反应研究现状,为临床用药提供参考,以便合理使用中药,尽量避免或减少不良反应的发生。
