小鼠生殖道解脲支原体感染动物模型的建立与形态学研究

Establishing of Mice Model of NGU Resulted from Ureaplasma Urealyticum:Its morphological study

目的:建立小鼠生殖道解脲支原体感染的动物模型,为进一步研究中医药抗支原体感染的疗效机制提供动物模型。方法:BALB/C小鼠46只,随机分为4组。采用注射外源性雌激素(苯甲酸雌二醇),阴道接种解脲支原体标准菌株的方法,建立小鼠生殖道解脲支原体感染的模型。结果:给支原体菌液浓度为2.5×105ccu/mL的小鼠全部感染成功。感染后小鼠有生殖道支原体感染的症状表现。组织病理学检查提示解脲支原体感染可逆行波及上生殖道器官。结论:通过组织形态学观察证明UU具有致病性,可造成生殖道炎症改变,并成功建立了解脲支原体感染雌性小鼠致生殖道炎症的模型。

Objective:We constructed a model of animal about the genitalia of mice,which was infected with ureaplasma urealyticum.
