This paper pointed out that the experiment teaching is an indispensable component and its role is unnegligible in the cultivating high-quality innovative talent process.The author put forward the position of experiment teaching as important as theory teaching and student work something like One of Three Roles on Cultivating Talents in University.At last,the measures and its effects on cultivating high-quality talents and strengthening the construction of experiment center were introduced.
