纯铜铁铝共渗的热过程研究

摘要 针对纯铜铝铁共渗工艺,在控制电阻炉升温速率的前提下,研究了共渗过程中渗罐内部纯铜基体表面的温度变化特性。实验结果表明,纯铜铝铁共渗的物料配比、电阻炉的升温速率、升温过程中所采取的保温制度都会对纯铜基体表面的温度产生一定的影响。对产生影响的原因作出了分析。 In the premise of controlling the heating rate of resistance furnace,a study was conducted on the temperature characteristics of copper surface in aluminium penetrating cans in the process of copper Fe-aluminizing.The experimental results show that the materials ratio,the rate of temperature increase of the resistance furnace,the temperature holding strategy in the heating process all can impact the temperature of the copper surface,and an analysis was also conducted to find the reason of the impact.
