摘要
强化微生物发酵工程的实践教学,必须突破原有实验教学的封闭状态,把学生置于一种动态、开放、主动、多元的学习环境中,充分突出学生的主体作用,加强针对性、注重应用性,突出创新性。
Practice teaching is an important way in quality education and innovation personnel training.In order to strengthen the practice education in microbial fermentation engineering education,the traditional closed experimental education must be broken through.In the practice teaching,students are put into a dynamic,open,active,multi-dimensional learning environment.The Students main body function is confirmed,and the applicability is emphasized and innovation is highlighted.
