描述了在项目实施过程中如何以项目管理的思想指导整个项目开发的全过程。以此作为理论基础,设计一种基于W eb技术的网络实验软件,提供高效、实时,并可交互操作的教学模式。
This article described how to use the project management ideas to guide the whole process of project.The article designed an experimental network software based on Web technology presented a high effective and real-time teaching model which can de interactive operation.
