摘要
介绍了一体化压力、流量与温度传感器 ,运用多传感器数据融合技术与神经网络技术 ,与虚拟仪器技术相结合创建了虚拟压力、流量传感器的温度补偿系统。实验结果表明 ,该方法有效地抑制干扰因素 。
A transducer is introduced for the measurement of pressure, flow rate and temperature synchronously in the same place. The technology of multi transducer data fusion, neural network and virtual instruments are applied to designing the compensation system of pressure and flow transducers. Experiment results show that the method is effective.
