中美高校图书馆社会服务比较研究

高校图书馆服务对象的社会化必然要求其服务内容的社会化。通过对中美各10所高校图书馆的社会服务对象、社会合作项目及学习支持服务三方面的详细比较,可以发现,美国高校图书馆的社会服务较为成熟。我国高校图书馆的社会服务可以借鉴美国高校的发展经验,从公众服务项目、资源共享社会化与国际化、社会特殊群体服务、学习支持服务系统4个方面加以改进。
