摘要
进入21世纪以来,美国图书馆的虚拟参考咨询服务(VRS)进入了迅猛发展时期,VRS软件市场经受了一场合并或淘汰的大洗礼,形成了现今的较为稳定的市场格局。基于对美国22个合作型虚拟参考咨询服务(CVRS)基本情况的调查及登录使用情况的分析,我国图书馆CVRS应在服务模式、服务对象、合作范围、服务质量、服务技巧和软件规范等方面进行改进及提高。
In the 21st century,the Virtual Reference Service(VRS) in the library of the United States has entered a period of rapid development.VRS software market experiences the merger or elimination and forms today s relatively stable market.Through investigating and analyzing twenty-two Cooperative Virtual Reference Services,some suggestions are provided to libraries in our country from the aspects of service patterns,clients,the collaborative range,the service quality,service tips,and the software s criterions.
