摘要
目的研究脉冲组织多普勒(pulsed wave tissue Doppler imaging,PW-TDI)技术对左室舒张功能减低患者左心房收缩功能的评价作用。方法测量30例正常人和40例左室舒张功能减低患者的左心房射血分数(LAF)、左心房射血力(AEF),利用PW-TDI技术在心尖四腔切面测量心房收缩期主动脉瓣环基底段的心肌组织运动速度(A′),比较正常人和左室舒张功能减低患者左心房收缩功能的变化。结果左室舒张功能减低组与对照组比较,AEF、LAF、A′间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PW-TDI测量心房收缩期主动脉瓣环基底段心肌运动速度可用于评价左心房功能;左室舒张功能减低患者的左心房收缩功能较正常人显著增高。
