摘要
利用MTS 81 0材料试验机开展Kevlar纤维层合板准静态侵彻特性的实验研究 ,着重分析侵彻载荷 位移曲线以及层合板的破坏模式 ,比较了侵彻体的头部形状以及层合板的纤维铺设方式对载荷 位移曲线和破坏模式的影响 .实验结果表明 ,准静态侵彻下 ,层合板整体弯曲变形非常显著 ,是其吸能的主要模式 ;纤维铺设方式的差异使得织物铺层板的整体弯曲变形远高于角度铺层板 ,因此具有更好的抗侵彻能力 ;弹形对层合板的破坏模式有明显影响 。
An experimental study on laminated Kevlar under quasi static penetration was carried out by means of MTS810. Load displacement curves and failure modes of laminated Kevlar were analyzed in detail. The influence of the penetrator's nose and the type of fiber fabricated on the load displacement curves and the failure modes were discussed. Experimental results show that the global deformation of laminate is the major energy absorption mechanism under quasi static penetration, and the woven laminate has much better anti penetration performance than angle plied laminate due to the fact that woven laminate has different type of fiber fabricated and its' global deformation is more remarkable. The shape of penetrator's nose affects the failure mode of the target obviously. Plugging was observed during the penetration of the flat nosed penetrator.
