中草药提取物对链格孢菌抑制作用增效组合的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为寻找天然果蔬防腐剂,本实验在离体条件下,采用生长速率法测定了鹿蹄草素、黄连、黄柏、厚朴4种中草药提取物对梨链格孢菌的抑制作用,并经线性回归计算50%抑制时的有效浓度(EC50)分别为0.22、10.19、10.35、0.34mg/ml。根据EC50,用等效线法相加作用线的6等分点设置配比,共毒因子法判断增效标准。结果表明,各种配比的混配剂中黄连+厚朴为最佳增效作用组合,并以25:2增效作用最显著。 Agar plate tests were conducted to test the inhibitory effects in-vitro of Chinese herb extracts such as pyrolin,Coptis chinensis Franch extract,Phellodendron chinense Schneid extract and Magnolia officinalis Rehd extract against Alternaria alternate in order to find the new type natural antisepic agent.Based on linear regression,it was calculated that the 50% of effective concentration(EC50) of these extracts are 0.22,10.19,10.35,0.34 mg/ml respectively.According to EC50,five ratios were determined by six ...
