哮喘儿童的行为特点及其与父母养育方式的关系

Asthmatic Children's Behavior Features and Parental Rearing Patterns

目的探讨支气管哮喘儿童的父母养育方式与儿童行为间的相互关系。方法选择41例非急性期发作的6～14岁哮喘儿童(哮喘组)和41例无慢性躯体疾病的健康儿童(对照组)。由两组儿童的父母填写Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL),由儿童完成父母养育方式量表(EMBU)。结果(1)哮喘组儿童在父亲量表中的情感温暖与理解、过度保护及母亲量表中的情感温暖与理解、过分干涉和过度保护的评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)哮喘组儿童的活动能力、抑郁、体诉和社交退缩的评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)哮喘儿童父母养育方式评价中的父亲情感温暖与理解与儿童抑郁呈负相关(P<0.05);父亲过分干涉与儿童多动、违纪呈正相关(P<0.05);父亲过度保护与儿童攻击性、违纪呈正相关(P<0.05);母亲过分干涉和过度保护与儿童体诉呈正相关(P<0.05);母亲拒绝、否认与儿童社交退缩呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论哮喘儿童较健康儿童存在一定的行为问题,且哮喘儿童的行为问题与父母养育方式存在一定的相关性。
