冠心病患者检测血胆红素和血脂的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清胆红素(TB)与甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的关系。方法:检测50例冠心病患者与正常健康人TB、TG、TC及LDL水平,并进行分析。结果:与对照组比较,冠心病组TB水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),TG、TC、LDL水平明显高于对照组。结论:血胆红素浓度降低是冠心病发病的重要危险因素。
