摘要
采用分光光度法测定了不同桑种不同种质春、秋桑叶总黄酮含量。分析的12份种质中,9份种质秋季桑叶总黄酮含量高于春季,3份种质春季总黄酮含量高于秋季。鲁桑、广东桑、瑞穗桑、白桑相比较,白桑叶总黄酮含量最低。在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验,优化了桑叶总黄酮的提取工艺。最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度70%、提取温度80℃、料液比1:20、提取时间1h。
The total flavonoids content(TFC) in spring and autumn mulberry leaves from different species and germplasm resources were determined by spectrophotometry.Among 12 mulberry germplasm resources,TFC in 9 accessions are higher in autumn than in spring,and other 3 accessions are higher in spring than in autumn.Compared to Morus multicaulis,Morus atropurpurea and Morus mizuho,TFC in Morus alba leaves is the lowest.Moreover,based on single factor tests,the orthogonal tests were used in the optimization of technol...
