摘要
对45钢/W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢刀具的摩擦焊接工艺及焊接效果进行了试验研究,结果表明,采用优化的摩擦焊接工艺参数及合理的焊后热处理工艺可获得具有良好显微组织和力学性能的焊接接头。
The experimental investigation of friction welding technology and weld effect for 45 steel/W6Mo5Cr4V2 cutter is carried out.The result shows that a good welded joint in microscopic structure and mechanical property can be sbtained by using optimized welding process parameters and proper heat treatment process after welding.
