摘要 [目的]探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在椎动脉起源异常诊断中的应用价值。[方法]2003年1月~2008年1月,400例临床可疑或诊断椎-基底动脉供血不足的患者接受椎动脉MSCT检查,对椎动脉CT原始图像进行重组。[结果]MSCT检出椎动脉起源异常17例(4.3%),其中左椎动脉起源于主动脉弓15例(9例合并左椎动脉行径异常,5例合并左椎动脉发育不良,2例合并单干椎动脉形成基底动脉);左椎动脉起源于左颈总动脉1例,合并左椎动脉行径异常;右椎动脉起源于右颈总动脉1例,合并右椎动脉行径异常、右椎动脉发育不良和迷走右锁骨下动脉。[结论]MSCT是无创诊断椎动脉起源异常的优良方法。 [Objective] To evaluate the diagnostic value of anomalous origin of vertebral artery(VA) by multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT).[Methods] Forty handred patients diagnosed or suspected as vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency underwent MSCT VA angiography from January 2003 to January 2008.The MSCT images of VA were post-prossed by reconstructions.[Results] Anomalous origin of VA was incidentally found with MSCT in 17 patients(4.3%),including anomalous origin of the left VA from the aortic arch(n=15...
