摘要
16个乌桕表型优良无性系遗传测定结果表明:各无性系间在单位面积种子产量、单序果数、千粒重、皮油率、梓油率、种子总含油率、单位面积产油量等方面均存在着极显著差异;单序果数、千粒重、单位面积种子产量、种子总含油率等性状的无性系广义遗传力较高,通过选择可获得较高的遗传增益。本文通过3点试验、方差分析和聚类分析等方法,从初选的16个无性系中进一步选择出经济性状综合表现优良的PC03、PC06、PC05、JY01等4个无性系。
The results of sixteen primarily selected superior clones of genetic tests of Sapium sebiferum showed that there were very significant differences in seed production per unit area, per-cob fruit integer, thousand grain weight(TGW), gross oil rate, net oil rate oil production of seed (OPS), oil production per unit area among all clones.
