玉米生物诱导孤雌生殖后代DH群体变异性分析 被引量:9

Genetic analysis of double haploid population from maize bio-induced parthenogenesis

摘要 以杂交种1145×Y331作母本与高油型农大高诱1号单倍体诱导系杂交产生的单倍体及其秋水仙素加倍形成的双单倍体(DH)群体为材料,利用SSR分子标记对孤雌生殖单倍体及DH系群体的配子分离及遗传特点进行了初步分析。结果表明:单倍体及DH群体中SSR分子标记呈随机分离,没有发现明显的偏分离现象。对DH和重组自交群体(RIL)的农艺性状比较分析表明,2个群体主要农艺性状表现基本一致,DH群体表现出系内整齐性更高。上述结果表明,孤雌生殖诱导和秋水仙素加倍基本上不存在明显的基因型选择性,DH群体的变异性可以满足育种上的需要。 Haploids originating from the hybrid,1145×Y331 were crossed with the high oil haploid inducer,CAUHOI and the resulting doubled haploid lines(DHs) were obtained by chromosome doubling with colchicine.SSR markers were used to test genetic segregation in the haploid and DH populations.There was no significant segregation distortion in the two populations.Further study on agronomic traits of DH population and recombinant inbred lines(RIL) showed no significant differences,however,traits performed more uniformly...
