摘要
步进电机在开环控制系统中作为控制电机和驱动电机得到了广泛应用。讲述了控制系统的组成,对PCI-7344运动控制卡及UMI-7764进行了简单介绍,并给出了基于LabVIEW控制步进电机的方法,通过与单片机控制步进电机的对比,可以看出LabVIEW的优势。特别是运动控制助手(Motion Assistant)的应用大大减少了程序开发时间,提高了工作效率。简单介绍了已经研制的电铸机床控制系统,该系统具有良好的软件交互界面,编程简单,控制效果好,并且已经应用在实际生产系统中。
