摘要
普通屏蔽泵效率低、气隙要求严,为此提出把永磁屏蔽电动机、屏蔽套和离心泵设计为一体的永磁转子屏蔽泵。主要介绍了永磁体的选择、磁路设计、屏蔽套损耗分析,并以额定功率为5.5 kW的永磁屏蔽电动机为例,计算永磁电机的各参数及性能。经与试验结果对比达到设计要求,证明设计方法可行。
