大肠癌肿瘤组织中干细胞关键转录因子Oct4的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨大肠癌中干细胞关键转录因子Oct4的表达情况及意义,并探讨Oct4的表达同大肠细胞癌分型和分期的关系。方法分别采用免疫组织化学对27例和逆转录一聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)下对10例大肠癌组织病理标本进行Oct4表达的检测。结果绝大多数(25/27)的大肠癌细胞癌标本中有4.5%~5.5%的Oct4阳性细胞,RT-PCR显示9例大肠癌组织在相应位置均出现目的基因Oct4的条带,正常大肠组织和癌旁组织并没有出现条带。Oct4表达的阳性率及强度与大肠癌分期和分型无明显相关。结论大肠癌组织中有少量表达全能干细胞标志物的细胞,是否为大肠癌干细胞有待进一步研究。 Objective To study the expression of Oct4 in colorectal carcinomas andits significance.Methods In 27 cases of colorectal carcinomas the expressions of Oct4 was detected by using immunohistochemistry,and in 10 cases of colorectal carcinomas the expressions of Oct4 was assayed by using reverse transcription-PCR.Results Twenty-five of 27 cases of colorectal carcinomas had the expressions of Oct4 in about 4.5%~5.5% cancer cells.Ten colorectal carcinomas all had the expressions of Oct4 mRNA,but in normal colorec...
