无创正压通气对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭的治疗价值

Treatment Value of Non-invasive PAP for Acute and Severe Stage Combined with Respiratory Failure of COPD

目的探讨无创正压通气对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭的治疗价值。方法110例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组接受BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗,对照组接受低流量鼻导管吸氧治疗,两组同时使用抗感染化痰解痉支持药物治疗。结果治疗组在改善病情,缩短住院时间,减少气管插管有创机械通气等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创正压通气对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭的治疗安全性高,疗效确切。
