试论素质教育评价中的学生评价

On the Students Evaluation in the Quality Education Evaluation

素质教育在实施过程当中出现了不少问题,特别是学生评价和人才使用方面偏差较大,针对学生评价这一问题,着重分析了选拔性评价的形成原因及其社会心理基础,根据选拔性学生评价与现代社会的不相适应性提出了"学生评价改革势在必行"的观点。

There are many problems in the implementation of quality education,especially the students evaluation and the use of human resources show a relatively great deviation.Focusing on the problem of the students evaluation,this paper mainly analyzes the reasons of selection evaluation and social psychological basis.According to the selection evaluation of students and inelasticity in modern society,the author puts forward the view of "the reform of students evaluation is imperative".
