On the Significance of the Establishment of Evaluation System of China's Local Legislative Quality

当前地方立法中存在的诸多问题,建立地方立法质量评估制度很有必要。这一制度的确立对于法规清理、民主立法、提高地方立法质量、立法监督乃至对于建立法治国家意义重大。

There are many problems existing in local legislation at present.Therefore it is necessary to establish the evaluation system of local legislative quality.This system has its great significance for clearing the laws and regulations,democratic legislation,improving the quality of local legislation,legislative oversight as well as founding a country under the rule of law.
