摘要
目的探讨血清脑钠肽(BNP)浓度差异对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的临床意义及他汀类药物对ACS患者脑钠肽的影响。方法以ACS患者78例和稳定型心绞痛患者(SAP)40例为研究对象,将ACS患者分为不稳定型心绞痛(UAP组)40例、急性心肌梗死(AM I组)38例,测定其血清脑钠肽(BNP)、高敏C反应蛋白(CRP)、肌钙蛋白I(T n I)水平;将ACS患者30例随机分为他汀治疗组(20例)和对照组(10例),治疗4周后比较2组上述各指标的变化。结果ACS组BNP、CRP、T n I水平均明显高于SAP组(P<0.01),AM I组BNP、CRP、T n I水平均明显高于UAP组(P<0.01),AM I组BNP水平与CRP正相关(r=0.913,P<0.01)、BNP水平与T n I正相关(r=0.526,P<0.01);他汀组患者治疗后血清BNP、CRP水平较对照组下降幅度大(P<0.05)。结论血清BNP水平与缺血的严重程度呈正相关。阿托伐他汀可显著降低急性冠脉综合征血清BNP水平。
