Analysis and Strategy on the Influences of Social Responsibility Standard SA8000 to Chinese Export Trade

SA8000社会责任标准体系具有明显的两面性,即表现为积极影响和消极影响两个方面。其对我国出口企业的影响也具有两面性,具体体现在:一方面有利于形成企业国际贸易竞争优势,保护劳工的合法权益,促进我国出口产业结构的升级;另一方面具有消弱出口产品的竞争优势,制约出口的扩大效应,降低我国对外资吸引力的影响。应重新评估我国劳动力资源的比较优势,完善劳动法,改善企业员工工作和生活条件,同时,制定我国的企业社会责任标准。
