我国农业政策性金融的发展及国际借鉴

Development on Policy Finance of China's Agriculture and International Reference

农业在社会经济生活中具有重要的战略地位,运用政策性金融对农业实施支持与保护是各国通用的做法。我国政府也是以政策性金融支持农业经济发展的。但当前我国农业政策性金融尚存在着定位不清、发展方向不明、道德风险与法律制度缺失的问题。应借鉴国外的成功经验,进一步明确农业的政策性金融的职能定位,完善其运行机制,强化政策性金融创新与农业政策性金融法规建设,以充分发挥其在农业发展中的作用。
