Treatment Stomach Pain by Qi Theory of TCM

中医对胃脘痛的治疗具有优势,但临证疗效,有好有坏、有速有迟、有暂时、有持久,笔者临证亦多次碰壁,久思不得解,后从诸名老中医学术经验处着手,纵览名医经验,静而思之、临证验之,自觉"从气论治"乃其本。本文从认识脾胃气机的生理入手,知常达变,重点阐述了在处方用药中如何处理好脾胃、肝肺的关系,文末略述气与诸邪气、病理产物的关系及在处方中的灵活应用,并附诸老验案说明。
