抑瘤止血剂肠腔滴注治疗癌性血便临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bloody Stools Caused by Cancer by the Treatment of Instillation in Enteric Cavity by Yiliu Zhixue Dose

目的:观察抑瘤止血剂肠腔滴注治疗癌性血便的效果。方法:46例以反复血便为主诉的晚期癌症,随机分组,治疗组肠腔滴注中药抑瘤止血剂,对照组静滴止血剂,两组均配合支持、对症治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率88%。对照组总有效率57.14%,P<0.05。结论:抑瘤止血剂肠腔滴注治疗能有效止血,对于癌性血便患者能起到减轻痛苦、改善生活质量的作用。
