肾药三号保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭36例

Nephropathy medication 3 retention enema treatment of 36 patients with chronic renal failure

目的:观察肾药三号保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:将72例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各36例,其中治疗组36例CRF患者用肾药三号保留灌肠治疗,对照组病人采用爱西特保留灌肠治疗。两组进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组治疗后SCr、BUN明显下降、CCr升高,与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗后,仅SCr明显下降,与治疗前相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:肾药三号保留灌肠是治疗慢性肾功能衰行之有效的治疗方法。
