目的:建立测定东北铁线莲中齐墩果酸含量的方法。方法:HPLC法,色谱柱为kromasil C18柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温为室温(25℃);流动相为甲醇-水(95:5);检测波长220nm;流速:0.5mL/min。结果:以进样量为横坐标,平均峰面积为纵坐标绘制标准曲线。得到标准曲线方程:y=144598.26+437954092.72x,r=0.9991,计算得到其平均回收率为98.01%。东北铁线莲中齐墩果酸含量为0.2279%。结论:方法操作简单,灵敏,重现性好,可以用来测定东北铁线莲中齐墩果酸的含量。
