摘要
选用大久保桃为试材,研究了减压条件(50.7kPa,20.3kPa)对采后大久保桃活性氧代谢的影响。试验结果表明,减压条件贮藏利于降低果实呼吸强度,并能推迟大久保桃两次呼吸高峰的出现,降低超氧阴离子的产生速率,对抑制MDA的积累有一定作用,且能保持较高的SOD活性,在一定程度上减缓了果实内VC含量的下降,显著地提高好果率,延缓了果实的成熟与衰老进程。
The effects of hypobaric condition (50.7 kPa, 20.3 kPa)on active oxygen metabolism of dajiubao peach were studied. The results showed that, hypobaric condition slowed down respiration, delayed two respiratory peaks of the dajiubao peach, inhibited the accumulations of O2-content, reduced the accumulation of MDA content.
