利用修改的Marklund方法测定SOD活性

Activity Determination of Superoxide Dismutase Based on Revised Marklund Method

超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是广泛存在于绝大部分需氧生物体内的一种具有多种生理活性的蛋白酶。以SOD标准品为参照,利用修改的Marklund方法测定了两种强化SOD饮料中SOD活性,并指出了测定中应注意的事项。
