摘要
目的:探讨针刺单纯性肥胖大鼠时脂肪组织瘦素基因与细胞凋亡的变化。方法:采用RT-PCR技术测定各组大鼠脂肪组织瘦素基因表达水平的变化,运用TUNEL法检测脂肪细胞凋亡的变化,观察二者的相关性。结果:肥胖组脂肪组织中瘦素基因表达水平显著高于正常组(P<0.01),而脂肪细胞凋亡指数明显低于正常组(P<0.01);针刺组脂肪组织中瘦素基因表达水平较肥胖组明显下降(P>0.05),而脂肪细胞凋亡指数较肥胖组却明显升高(P<0.01);且肥胖组脂肪组织瘦素基因表达与其脂肪细胞凋亡指数呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:针刺可使单纯性肥胖大鼠瘦素抵抗作用被破坏和促进脂肪细胞凋亡,可能是针刺减肥的重要机制。
