我国教育服务开放中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Strategies in the Opening of China′s Education Services

"入世"以后,我国积极开放教育服务,在教育立法方面也取得了一些进展,但在开放教育过程中也存在一些问题,主要包括:(1)我国对开放教育服务市场的认识不足;(2)教育立法缺乏体系,内容粗疏;(3)现有教育立法对权利的保护不力;(4)现行教育体制效率不高。为此,我国应改革教育体制、准确界定教育服务、完善教育立法体系、确立管治型的教育开放模式、改善政府服务、维护教育主权、保护传统文化、加强国际合作,促进教育服务业在积极开放的形势下健康发展。
