摘要
描述了扁吻鱼形态特征和可量性状,求得其体长与体重、体长与体高关系分别为BW=0.0114BL3.0051,BD=0.180 1BL-0.0591,相关系数分别为0.9819,0.8926。采用水平凝胶电泳技术对新疆扁吻鱼养殖群体进行了同工酶分析,筛选了7种酶,共检测到21个基因位点。其中,IDHP位点为多态,其他均为单态。多态位点比例为0.0476,实际观测杂合度为Ho=0.0152,预期杂合度为He=0.0095;平均有效等位基因数目为Ae=1.0224。
This paper describes the morphological characteristics and genetic structure of Aspiorhynchus laticeps.The results of this study revealed that the relationship between body length(BL,cm) and the body weight(BW,g) and body height(BH,cm) can be expressed by an exponential equation,BW=0.011 4BL3.005 1 and a linear equation,BD=0.180 1BL-0.059 1,and that their correlation coefficients are 0.981 9 and 0.892 6,respectively.Furthermore,horizontal gel electrophoresis revealed that A.laticeps contained seven isozyme ...
