摘要
通过对茯苓菌株在不同碳源、氮源、pH、温度、含水量等环境条件下菌丝生长状况的研究,结果表明在所试的8种碳源、6种氮源中,最适碳源是蔗糖,最适氮源是蛋白胨,菌丝生长的适宜温度是24℃~30℃,最适温度为28℃;培养基的适宜初始pH为3~6,最适pH为3;培养基的适宜含水量为55%~60%,最适含水量为55%。
The effects of carbon sources, nitrogen, pH, temperature and water content of the medium on the growth of Wolfiporia cocos mycelia were studied.
