摘要
研发了一种新型高性能无溶剂双马来酰亚胺/氰酸酯浸渍树脂(HBC60),探讨了该树脂配方对树脂的成型工艺性、耐热性、力学性能和介电性能的影响。研究结果表明,HBC60树脂的成型工艺性取决于其组成的配比,所有配方都具有优良的工艺性,即低粘度、长工作期和良好的反应性;树脂固化物具有优异的介电性能、突出的耐热性(玻璃化转变温度约为300℃)和良好的力学性能。
