摘要
将苯乙烯与石墨(Gr)通过原位聚合制得PS/Gr导电复合材料。利用红外光谱表征了材料的结构,采用高阻计测试了复合材料的体积电阻率。结果表明:复合材料的体积电阻率随着石墨含量的增加而急剧下降,当石墨含量增加至5%时,复合材料的体积电阻率对数值从16.11下降到7.9。石墨经膨胀后能有效地提高材料的导电性能。
PS/Gr conductive composites were synthesized by in-situ polymerization.The chemical structure was characterized by FT-IR,and the conductive property was tested.The results show that PS/EG composites can be prepared successively,its volume resistivity decreases rapidly with the increase of graphite content;when the graphite content increases to 5%,the logarithm of volume resistivity decreases from 16.11 to 7.9.Meanwhile,the use of expanded graphite can effectively improve the electrical conductivity of compo...
