摘要
综述了耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜的最新研究进展。研究显示,虽然我国学者对耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜的结构与性能、耐电晕机理等问题的研究,取得了一定的进展,但尚未取得关键性突破。产品的耐电晕性、热收缩率、机械强度等多项关键性能仍远低于杜邦(Dupont)公司产品水平。表明国内研究者对该产品的认识,无论在理论方面还是制造工艺方面仍处在初级阶段。
The recent development of corona-resistant polyimide films was overviewed in this paper.It reveals that a key breakthrough hasn t been made in our country s study on the film,thoughthere are already some research progresses on the film structure,properties and anti-corona mechanisms.Many key performance indicators of our products like corona-resistance,thermal shrinkage,mechanical strength,etc.are far lower than those by Dupont.It shows that the knowledges of our researchers on the theories and manufacturin...
