基于节能(水)-减排的我国工业环境友好度评价 被引量:6

摘要 从工业生产消耗的两大类资源和三类废物的统计数据出发,通过因子分析构建了环境友好状况的评价体系,运用分指数模型对我国40个工业行业进行基于节能减排和节水减排的产业分类,采用综合指数评价方法定量分析其环境友好度,并进行新的分类.结果显示,我国工业行业可以分为高耗能(水)-高污染行业、中耗能(水)-中污染行业和低耗能(水)-低污染行业.环境友好度分别为清洁型行业(0.123~0.2)、轻污染型行业(0.306~0.551)、中污染型行业(0.663~1.058)和重污染型行业(1.123~3.389).这个新的工业方案,建立起工业生产与资源消耗、污染物排放量之间的双向联系,为构建资源节约型和环境友好型社会提供了科学依据.
