东紫苏的部分药效学实验研究

Experimental Study of Pharmacodynamics of Elsholtzia bodinieri vaniot

目的探讨东紫苏的降血脂、降血糖作用。方法①Wistar大鼠制作高血脂动物模型,分为低剂量药物组、高剂量药物组、高脂对照组与正常对照组,用乙酸酐直接测定法测血清总胆固醇,用乙酰丙酮法测血清甘油三酯;②昆明种雄性小鼠制作高血糖动物模型,分为低剂量药物组、高剂量药物组、模型组与正常对照组,给药后第11d取血,测血糖浓度。结果高剂量组对实验性高血脂症大鼠血清胆固醇有降低作用,有显著性差异,低剂量组没有显著性差异;对血清甘油三酯的降低没有显著性差异。小鼠血糖浓度略有降低,但无显著性的差异。结论东紫苏具有一定的降血脂作用。
