中药饮片挥发油的红外指纹图谱研究

Study on FTIR Fingerprint of Essential Oils of Processed Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的建立来源于樟科、姜科、菊科、木兰科、伞形科的典型中药的红外指纹图谱。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉桂、桂皮、姜黄、片姜黄、山柰、苍术、八角茴香和羌活的挥发油后,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)测定挥发油红外光谱。结果上述中药挥发油的红外图谱均具有指纹性鉴别特征。结论该方法和所建立的挥发油红外指纹图谱能用于这些中药的鉴定,且方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,专属性强。
