摘要
为满足工业生产中对现场总线柔性可重构以及高速实时传输要求,讨论了一种可在线配置高速实时总线的设计与实现.本研究通过对SPI协议的改进,使其适应进行长距离传输的全双工通信,以保证传输速度和实时要求.通过现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)技术的应用和报文结构的特殊设计,实现了总线数据报文长度的在线柔性配置和从模块的智能扩展.文中给出的工程应用实例证明了此方法的可行性.
In order to fulfill the flexibility and re-configurability of the high speed real-time field-bus,a design method of a reconfigurable field-bus and its implementation were presented. By the reformed serial peripheral interface (SPI),the ability of full-duplex high speed communication was realized.
