摘要
建立了一种测定烯虫酯的反相高效液相色谱紫外法。样品中的烯虫酯用石油醚提取,C18ODS柱净化,以82.5%甲醇为流动相洗脱,Phenomenex C18(150mm×4.6mmi.d,5μm)柱分离,用紫外检测器(λem=260nm)测定。研究表明,烯虫酯含量在0.10~50.0μg/mL范围内,峰面积与待测物的质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998,测量结果的相对标准偏差小于4.36%(n=5),回收率为83.5%~102.2%.
A method for the determination of methoprene in vegetables and corn by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established.Methoprene was detected by HPLC with UVD detection(λem =260 nm) after extracted with petroleum echer.Chromatographic separation was carried out on the Phenomenex C18(150 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm) colum with a mobile phase consisting of methanol and water.A good linear relationship between peak area and concentration of methoprene existed in the range of 0.10-50.0 μg/mL with r=0.998....
