摘要
实验室管理是科研工作的重要保障,对实验室实行科学系统的管理是规范实验秩序、保证实验室正常运行和提高实验效果的必要手段。阐述了实验室管理的基本任务,提出了加强实验室管理的建议。
Lab Management is very important in scientific research.Establishing the scientific management system of laboratory is necessary for laboratory,which could standardize experiments,ensure lab s running and enhance the experimental effects.The fundamental tasks of Lab management is discussed and some suggestions on the strengthening of Lab Management is put forward.
